Open-Source Zowe Framework for z/OS Launched





In Tuesday morning's keynote presentation at SHARE St. Louis, the world was introduced to Zowe—the first open-source framework for z/OS. Launched in a collaboration among IBM, CA Technologies and Rocket Software, with additional support from the Open Mainframe Project and The Linux Foundation, Zowe promotes productivity, collaboration, knowledge sharing and communication.
